Each piece is individually wrapped in acid-free tissue paper, placed in a signature garment bag, and shipped in a custom branded box. Our shipping practices reflect the premium quality of our collections.
2. Processing TimesProcessing times vary depending on the type of order:
Ready-to-Wear items: 2-4 business days for processing before shipment
Made-to-Order garments: 4-6 weeks production time, plus 2-4 business days for shipping preparation
Bespoke/Custom pieces: 6-8 weeks production time (as communicated during consultation), plus 2-4 business days for shipping preparation
Accessories: 1-3 business days for processing before shipment
Please note that processing times do not include weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons (holiday periods, wedding season), processing times may be extended by an additional 3-5 business days.

Complimentary standard shipping is offered on all orders over $500. All domestic shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are determined by local customs authorities.
5. Order TrackingOnce your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after your shipment confirmation email is sent. For bespoke orders, we will provide progress updates throughout the production process.
6. Delivery IssuesIf your package is lost, damaged during transit, or significantly delayed, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly. All shipments are fully insured, and we will replace or refund any items damaged during shipping at no additional cost to you.We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, weather events, natural disasters, carrier delays, or customs processing for international shipments.
7. Signature RequirementAll orders require a signature upon delivery due to the high value of our garments. If you are unavailable to sign at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice and attempt redelivery. Packages will be held at the carrier's local facility for pickup if multiple delivery attempts fail.
8. Returns and Exchanges ShippingFor eligible returns and exchanges, we provide a prepaid return shipping label for domestic orders. International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
