3. Products and PricingAll products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping fees, or customs duties, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.While we strive for accuracy in product descriptions, colors, and images, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual color or detail of our garments. Due to the nature of handcrafted textiles and natural fabrics, slight variations in pattern placement, color intensity, and texture are inherent characteristics and not defects.
4. Orders and PaymentPlacing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.For bespoke and made-to-order garments, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order value is required at the time of order placement. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before shipment. Production will not commence until the deposit payment is confirmed.
5. Bespoke and Made-to-Order ItemsBespoke and made-to-order garments are custom-crafted specifically for you and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect. By placing a bespoke order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Production timelines are estimates and may vary by 1-2 weeks depending on fabric availability and artisan schedules
You are responsible for providing accurate measurements; garments made to incorrect measurements provided by the customer cannot be returned
Minor variations in handwoven and hand-printed fabrics are natural and expected
Alterations requested after production has begun may incur additional charges and extend delivery timelines
Cancellations after production has commenced will forfeit the 50% deposit
6. Returns and ExchangesWe want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return and exchange policy is as follows:
Ready-to-wear items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
Items must be returned in their original packaging including the garment bag and branded box
Bespoke, made-to-order, and customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
Accessories including headpieces, jewelry, and clutches are final sale for hygiene reasons
Sale items and items purchased with promotional discounts are final sale
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10-14 business days of receiving the returned item
To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@taylorwellscouture.com with your order number and reason for return. A return merchandise authorization (RMA) number will be provided, which must be included with your return shipment.
7. Intellectual PropertyAll content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, photographs, and software, is the property of TaylorWells Couture LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, TaylorWells Couture LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
